Production Supervisor (Weekend shift Friday-Sunday)

The position is responsible for the safety, security and productivity of all production employees, including providing effective leadership, manpower allocation, training, process knowledge and shop floor management of all department activities.  Strong leadership skills, independent thinking, strong organizational, planning abilities, excellent analytical and problem solving skills are essential.

Desired education and experience:  Associate degree in production management, computer proficiency, two to four years’ experience in production supervision or a combination of experience/education.


Maintenance Technician

Assist in the installation and maintenance of machinery and equipment for all aspects of foundry operation, in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications and preventive maintenance guidelines and work orders established by the company.  Perform facility’s maintenance repairs and upgrades as directed.  Complete assigned work orders.  Documentation of all completed maintenance assignments.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Must possess tools for machinery and facility maintenance.
  • Must possess a valid Ohio driver’s license.
  • An Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school and two years related experience and/or training.
  • Electrical troubleshooting, experience working with 480 Vac preferred.
  • PLC programming for Allen-Bradley, GE, Idec and Mitsubishi controllers would be helpful but not required.
  • Computer literate for documentation of work orders.
  • Must have flexibility working various shifts.


3rd shift Foundry Pourer-experience required

We currently have openings on the third shift for Foundry Pourers that have experience pouring investment castings.  Pay range $15.25-$21.75.

Duties include:

  • Pour steel according to established procedures.  Assist in refining procedures and techniques.
  • Control all alloys being poured – check for mixed alloys.  Make additions (if applicable) to each melt.  Fill out all paperwork completely, recording all pertinent information.
  • Load and unload ovens as necessary.  Check trees for nonfill.  Knock out/repack pots.
  • Must be able to communicate with other employees.
  • Comply with company safety policies and procedures.
