We will:
 

Tooling:

Order and qualify low cost wax injection tooling and samples from our offshore sources. If desired, a second set of back-up “tooling” can be built to be available at Kovatch Castings.

Samples:

Provide samples for your inspection, complete to print, with dimensional layouts, alloy-chemistry verification, and certification to all quality requirements.

Inventory:

Order and maintain 2 - 4 months inventory at Kovatch Castings and release as required.

Communications:

Manage all communications with our full time, on-site personnel who are located near the offshore foundries.

Inspection:

Verify dimensional and metallurgical compliance at Kovatch Castings. All castings will be brought to Kovatch Castings for 100% inspection including spectrographic analysis, physical inspection, count accuracy and certifications to all quality requirements.

Back-Up:

Be your “back-up” foundry in the unlikely event of complications.
